Brian Mabe, President
As President, Brian Mabe leads the company with over 38 years of experience. He is a High Point native and an Appalachian State University graduate with a degree in Business Administration focused on Real Estate and Urban Analysis. Since 1987, Brian has helped shape the family business. He has earned several respected real estate designations, including GRI and CRS, and he has held a broker’s license since 1995. He also completed leadership training through the High Point Regional Association of Realtors. Brian’s experience, steady leadership, and deep market knowledge help clients feel at ease with every decision.
Pearce Mabe, REALTOR
Pearce Mabe is a High Point native with a strong commitment to her hometown. She graduated from High Point University with a degree in Special Education and a minor in Psychology. Her leadership in the Kappa Delta Sorority shaped her values in service and teamwork. In 2023, Pearce joined her father and grandfather in the family real estate business. She is an active member of the High Point Regional Association of Realtors and serves in several roles, including Young Professionals Network Vice Chair. She also earned the 2024 Bright Beginnings Award. Pearce brings energy, compassion, and a strong understanding of people, making her a steady guide for buyers and sellers.
Wayne Mabe, Founder
Founder Wayne Mabe built the company with dedication and a strong sense of community service. He earned his real estate license in 1964 and became a charter member of the High Point Regional Association of Realtors. Wayne served in many leadership roles, including Past President. He also earned GRI and CRB designations and became certified as a real estate instructor for the State of North Carolina. His work shaped the values we still follow today. Wayne also holds REALTOR Emeritus and HPRAR Life Member honors.
Tanya Parrish, Business Manager
Since 2002, Tanya Parrish has supported clients and agents with dependable care. She graduated from Carrington College with a degree in Graphic Design and now manages daily operations. Tanya oversees transactions, bookkeeping, accounts, and general office support. Her organization and steady communication help keep every process smooth and efficient.
